Forkcast's Terms of Service

IntroductionThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forkcast application ("Forkcast", "App"), provided by Forkcast LLC. ("we", "us", "our"). By using Forkcast, you agree to comply with these Terms.

App Purpose and Usage

Forkcast provides an interactive platform designed to help people choose meals and organize their inventory. Users can create recipes, upload their current fridge items, organize their inventory and customize their experience through a variety of interactive widgets, facilitating cooking and organization.

User Eligibility

Forkcast is available globally, without geographical restrictions. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use Forkcast. By using Forkcast, you affirm you're at least 13 years old.

Account Creation

To create an account, users must provide: A valid email address (used for authentication purposes). Name and avatar (profile image).

User Conduct and Content Guidelines

Users can optionally share content such as text, images, videos, audio, and location. All interactions and content must remain family-friendly. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: Harassment, bullying, or threats. Sharing explicit, inappropriate, or illegal content. Unauthorized access or attempts to compromise the security of Forkcast.

Intellectual Property

Users retain full ownership and rights to their uploaded or shared content. Forkcast LLC. does not claim any ownership rights, nor will we use your content for promotional or other purposes without explicit consent.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users engage in actions detrimental to the app experience or security, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access attempts, abusive conduct, or violation of these Terms.

Liability and Warranty

Forkcast LLC. maintains responsibility for app downtime and security measures. However, we explicitly disclaim responsibility for user-generated content or interactions between users. Users interact with the content of others at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any updates through Forkcast. Continued use of the app after notification indicates agreement with the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Forkcast will initially be handled informally through direct communication. If necessary, disputes will be subject to arbitration or other appropriate legal procedures within the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware, United States.
